Marte Fjelle
Marte has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in sales, marketing, and HR. She joined LINK Medical in 2019, after 9 years as HR Director in AbbVie. She is educated in HR and is a registered nurse. At LINK Medical, the focus is to establish HR at a strategic level, making sure that people processes are an integrated part of the daily business across the countries we operate within. The overall goal is to continuously attract, develop, and retain skilled employees, who deliver value and become strategic partners to key stakeholders and customers.
