We’re proud to share that results from the Alzinova AB ALZ-101 first-in-human, Phase 1b study in participants with early Alzheimer’s disease have been published in Alzheimer’s Research & Therapy. The study assessed safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of the vaccine candidate. It targets neurotoxic Aβ oligomer species.
This clinical trial was conducted at LINK Medical clinical trial units in Turku and Helsinki, highlighting the capabilities of our teams in delivering complex neurological studies (including with imaging and CSF sampling) and supporting innovative therapies under development. Our sites have access to PET and MRI imaging facilities.
Thank you to the study participants, investigators, our dedicated site staff for their commitment to advancing Alzheimer’s disease research and to the sponsor for showing trust in our team and capabilities.
