Data from a follow-up study of the first-in-human trial suggested that PRV101, a vaccine candidate, can induce a long-lasting immune response. Importantly, the induced immune response remained durable over time ( ∼2 years ), with a clear dose–response relationship observed. The results further indicated that PRV-101 immunization showed no late-appearing adverse effects during approximately two years of follow-up.
