Project Manager - Clinical Research

Are you passionate about advancing medical research and contributing to the development of future treatments? Clinical Research Services Turku – CRST Oy (part of LINK Medical Research) is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our expert team on site in Finland.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical research projects from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning, scheduling, and budgeting clinical trials
• Coordinating research projects and ensuring smooth collaboration between investigators, clients, and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality control processes
• Managing risks and resolving challenges that arise during the study
• Handling documentation and reporting in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines

• A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., pharmaceutical, health, or life sciences)
• Previous experience in project management of clinical trials and preferably monitoring
• Strong leadership skills and customer focused
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations
• Proficiency in both Finnish and English
