a difference in the Pharma and Medical Device industries!

Uwe Anzenberger

General Manager Germany
Joined LINK Medical in 2015

My background is in Developmental Biology, and after completing my PhD, I moved straight into the CRO industry, starting as a Regulatory Associate and working my way up to a leadership position. I joined LINK Medical several years ago as the General Manager in Germany, leading my team and getting involved with everything from accounting to regulatory affairs. My work here has taught me to leave my comfort zone, be persistent and have confidence in my own decision-making. It has broadened my expertise away from a regulatory “silo” and I now have a deeper understanding of all aspects of clinical trials – helping me to better serve our clients and support my team. I strongly believe that if you want your work to matter, then you should join LINK Medical. Talent does not get wasted here in fighting hierarchical corporate structures, instead you can focus on helping to accelerate the delivery of valuable new treatments and medical devices to market.

Trine Dyring Jensen

Director Clinical Operations, Denmark
Joined LINK Medical in 2016

I joined LINK Medical in 2016 as a Senior Clinical Research Associate (SCRA) and come from a background as a registered nurse, where I gained valuable experience working at the front lines of the gastrointestinal and oncology fields. My time working at LINK Medical has been fantastic, and this is largely due to the structure and culture of the company. My Country Manager has consistently supported me and strengthened my confidence, giving me the motivation to perform at my best capacity and take on new responsibilities. I’ve also been provided the opportunity to advance within the company as Director of Clinical Operations in Denmark, and I thoroughly enjoy being able to guide and motivate my department. I can personally attest to the fact that LINK Medical’s values are not just empty words hanging on the wall, but that you really feel them every day when working in the company.

Hilde Ringstad

Director Quality Assurance and Compliance
Joined LINK Medical in 2018

I joined LINK Medical in a senior position as Director Quality Assurance and Compliance. In this role I am involved in diverse tasks including internal quality assurance, hosting customer audits, and supporting customers with their quality work. There are many challenges when dealing with quality assurance, and it is fantastic to come together as a team and find the best solutions for our customers, drawing on our broad and varied expertise within the pharmaceutical industry. My colleagues are what make working at LINK Medical so special, they are an extremely competent group of people, and we learn a lot from each other.

Beate Bjørnstad

Senior Health Economist
Joined LINK Medical in 2015

After obtaining my Master’s degree in Economic Evaluation from Oslo University, I joined LINK Medical as a Health Economist. After three years within the company I have been promoted to a Senior Health Economist role, reflecting the excellent career development opportunities available. My role involves acting as project leader within the Market Access & RWE department, coordinating projects and ensring that we obtain new projects. Part of my role is to meet with clients and find solutions and strategies that can have an impact on their product development. For me, this is the most exciting and rewarding part of my job, meeting with clients to understand what they need, and working closely together with my colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes. One reason I would strongly recommend LINK Medical for a career is a company culture that focuses on job satisfaction and career development.
