EU Marketing Authorisation Holders must update their product information (SPC, labelling, and package leaflet) for Veterinary products to the new QRD9.1 template by 29 January 2027. For companies with many products or limited regulatory resources, this can be a significant undertaking.
And remember: once the texts are updated, labelling and packaging changes must also be implemented —a process that can take more than a year. The earlier you submit your variations, the smoother the transition will be.
